When you and your neighbors tell enough neighbors about us so that our overhead costs (fuel, employee windshield time, etc.) are reasonably reduced, we can offer you multiple site discounts. This would be in addition to our $25 credit for successful referrals.

A very important aspect of having Northwest Lawn Care, and only Northwest, in your community is that you would know the people working around you and your neighbors’ houses. It would be the same people week after week – people who have been with Northwest for years and have proven their honesty, trustworthiness and desire to please our customers. They are polite people you can communicate with and rely upon to handle all your special requests.
Entrances:
Subdivision entry points need that burst of color, greenery and hardscaping that’s so needed for that just right first impression. What better way to convey the desired image, ever the personality of the community itself. Let us set up and maintain your important entrance. |
Right-of-Way & Common Areas:
From entry ways to the end of the last road, roadside right-of-way and common areas need to be serviced too. We normally recommend monthly treatments but are glad to come more often. Already we work with Home Owner's Associations in a number of subdivisions to mow/trim common areas (picnic areas, sitting areas, etc.) and roadsides over to and including ditch lines and generally several feet up back slopes.
These are things you can bring up at your Home Owner's Association meetings or have us come over and speak to the group.
